Attorney George Pettigrew of Cumberland Gap, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided George Edward S. Pettigrew with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found George guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to be candid with trial court
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a second complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) George practices at 522 Pinnacle Alley in Cumberland Gap, Tennessee.
