Attorney John Iwu of Antioch, TN; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee provided John Benneth Iwu with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law in Georgia despite the fact that his law license was suspended.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Johnny practices at 845 Bell Road in Antioch, Tennessee.
