Attorney Michael Allen of Indianapolis; ethical dwarf

The state of Indiana provided Michael Eugene Allen with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Valparaiso University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Mike guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to promptly deliver settlement funds to third party physician as he promised and  was required to do
• Failed to hold disputed settlement funds in trust until the dispute was resolved

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Mike practices at 9000 Keystone Crossing in Indianapolis, Indiana.
