Attorney Kenneth Kern of Indianapolis; repeat offender

The state of Indiana provided Kenneth C. Kern with a law license in 1965.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kenny found it acceptable to not cooperate with ethics investigators despite his duty to so act. In truth, Kenny told the investigators, “Up yours.”

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Kenny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Kenny practices with the Law Office of Kenneth C. Kern in Indianapolis, Indiana.
