Attorney Steven Jensen of Paola, KS; ethical leprechaun

The sate of Kansas presented Steven A. Jensen with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Kansas Law School.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the rules of conduct
• Improperly advised client to not comply with subpoena
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (May 2015) Stevie practices at 13 South Pearl in Paola, Kansas.
