Attorney Danielle Brown of Richmond, KY; ethical misfit

The state of Kentucky presented Danielle Brown with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Wrote at least six checks on insufficient fund account (rubber)
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Danny!)\
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Knowingly failed to abide by order of a tribunal

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Danny by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (June 2015), Danny practices at 3 Keenfield Street in Richmond, Kentucky.
