Attorney Katherine Tank of Bend, OR; lying loser

The state of Oregon provided Katherine C. Tank with a law license in 1988.

The Oregon State Bar found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made a false statement of fact or law to a trial court
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Falsified evidence
• Engaged in negligent conduct
• Failed to comply with court rules
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Kathy practices with Tank Law PC at 404 SW Columbia Street in Bend, Oregon.
