Attorney Jeffrey Avny of Arlington Heights, IL; ethical dwarf 

The state of Illinois presented Jeffrey Alan Avny with a law license in 1994.

The Disciplinary Commission found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, while working as an independent contractor for a loan modification company, Jeff reviewed, signed and permitted the mailing of two letters to the company’s customers, each of which contained false and misleading information about his law practice, services that he provided to customers, the status of customer matters and outstanding balances.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Jeff practices with the Law Offices of Jeffrey A. Avny at 415 West Gold Road in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
