Attorney Donald Hill of Hot Springs Village, AR; ethical gremlin

The state of Arkansas presented Donald C. Hill with a law license in 2008.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file appeal on client’s behalf
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to withdraw representation when required to do so
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (May 2015), Donnie practices in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.
