Attorney Robert Hession of Victoria, AUS; moronic loser

The Victorian Law Society presented Robert Anthony Brendon Hession with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to reach reasonable standards of competence (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide written account regarding legal costs to prospective client
• Improper use of trust fund account for personal purposes
• Ignorant of law relating to entitlement of executor to be paid a commission (Dufus)
• Failed to advise client she could make claim with insurer without need of attorney
• Failed to advise client cost of litigation if she did not prevail

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary order to pay a $30,000 fine.
