Solicitor Rodney Budgen of Queensland, AUS; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented Rodney Richard Budgen with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Rodney guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Rodney failed to comply with a statutory obligation to make superannuation payments on behalf of an employee. In addition, Rodney failed to comply with written notices from the Commission

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Rodney by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
