Barrister Alan Wilson of Queensland, AUS; thieving liar

The Law Society presented Alan Neil Wilson with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misappropriated (stole) $3,345 of client funds
  • Lied to law partners in order to secure checks for disbursements on behalf of his clients when in fact he used the monies for his own personal use

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand  and a $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Alan practices in Queensland, Australia.
