Attorney Bernard Horsley of Victoria, AUS; lying loser

The Victorian Law Society presented Bernard Horsley with a law license in 1978.

The Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal found Bernie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Lied to client or the client’s mother by falsely representing that an application to the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT) was denied
• Failed to advise client and/or mother of client of the true position with regard to the VOCAT application

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal punished Bernie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Bernie practices at 933 Heidelberg Kinglake Road in Hurstbridge, Victoria, Australia.
