Solicitor Fusanobu Sano of Brisbane, AUS; lying loser

The Law Society presented Fusanobu Hiro Sano with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Fusanobu guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Fusanobu found it acceptable to sign as a witness to two clients’ signatures as guarantors on lease document when he knew the certification was false since he did not see the clients sign and wasn’t present when they did so.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Fusanobu by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand  and a $4,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Fusanobu practices with Asahi Legal Practice at 138 Albert Street in Brisbane, Australia.
