Attorney Alberto Miera Jr. of St. Paul, MN; pervert, repeater  

 

The state of Minnesota presented Alberto O. Miera Jr. with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

 

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

 

The first instance of misconduct took place while Miera was sitting as a Ramsey County District Court judge.

Al’s 1stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

 

On two occasions while staying at the apartment of his court reporter Al entered the room where Mr. Johnson was sleeping, lay down next to him, and touched his back against his wishes. Judge Miera later told Johnson that someday the two of them would have sexual relations.

 

On other occasions Judge Miera did the following:

  • Kissed Johnson on the lips in chambers w/o Johnson’s consent
  • Touched the shirt pocket over a female court employee’s breast
  • While eating a banana, Miera asked female court employees: “Do you people eat bananas for vitamins or for the phallic symbol?”
  • Made public comments to the news media that certain Ramsey County Court judges were “bloodthirsty hypocrites”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary censure and removal from office for one year.

Al’s 2ndbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

  • Failed to maintain proper trust account books and records
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Al!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Al’s 3rdbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

 

In one matter, failed to timely and sufficiently respond to reasonable requests from the Director's Office that he create, maintain and provide proper trust account books and records in violation of the terms of a prior probation.

 

As As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Al practices at 956 Birch View Court in St. Paul, Minnesota.
