Attorney Michael Quinn of Rochester, MN; ethical leprechaun  

The state of Minnesota presented Michael J. Quinn with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike found it acceptable to engage in the unauthorized practice of law for a period of seventeen (17) years while he license was suspended.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
