Attorney Damon Ward of Minneapolis; perjurer  

The state of Minnesota presented Damon Lee Ward with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Hamlin University Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Damon guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Damon found it acceptable to give false testimony during a deposition. Damon also presented the false testimony of client during a deposition.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Damon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Minnesota are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Damon was never criminally charged with perjury and/or subornation of perjury.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Damon practices with Ward & Ward LLC  at 431 South Seventh Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
