Attorney Dylan McFarland of Minneapolis; thieving loser

The state of Minnesota presented Dylan J. McFarland with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Dylan guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dylan found it appropriate to misappropriate (steal) fees that properly belonged to his law firm.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Dylan by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Dylan practices with Heins Mills & Olson PLC at 310 Clifton Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
