► Attorney Larry Tomlinson of Warren, MI; convicted pervert 

The state of Michigan presented Larry Tomlinson with a law license in 1985.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Larry entered into no contest plea to engaging in criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, which is a felony.

The Michigan Penal Code 750.520c defines the criminal contest as:

A person is guilty of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree if the person engaged in sexual contact with another person and if any of the following circumstances exists:

• That person is under 13 years of age
• That person is at least 13 but less than 16 years of age and any of the following:
• The actor is a member of the same household as the victim
• The actor is related by blood or affinity to the fourth degree of the victim

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Larry practices in Warren, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
