Attorney Catherine Willmore of Seattle; repeat offender

The state of Washington presented Catherine Susan Willmore with a law license in 2003.

The Washington State Bar found Cathy guilty of the following misconduct.

Cathy’s 1^stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker) 
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed to deposit client funds in identifiable trust account
• Failed to deposit client funds in interest-bearing account

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Cathy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

Cathy’s 2^ndbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker) 
• Failed to file required client notice of appeal in immigration matter
• Failed to file required notice of withdrawal with trial court

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Cathy by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.
