Attorney Robert Brungardt of Shelton, WA; repeat offender 

The state of Washington presented Robert Charles Brungardt with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

Bobby’s 3^rdbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker) 
• Improperly withdrew from client representation
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests upon withdrawal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Bobby’s 4^thbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

• Committed a criminal act
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

It should be noted that in the past Bobby received two (2) complimentary censures for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
