Attorney Bradley Behrman of Seattle; ethical leprechaun

The state of Washington presented Bradley Galvin Behrman with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to purse client’s debt collection matter
  • Failed to provide client with billing statement
  • Failed to notify client prior to withdrawing funds from trust account
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Brad!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Brad practices at 1001 Fourth Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
