Attorney Elizabeth Cirillo of Tucson; ethical dwarf  

The state of Arizona presented Elizabeth Anne Cirillo with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Liz guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to have measures in place to ensure employee acted in accordance with Liz’s professional obligations
• Improperly shared legal fees with non-attorney
• Allowed office employee to work totally unsupervised
• Office employee sole personal who dealt with clients
• Office employee allowed to advise client’s whether to pursue legal remedy

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Liz by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Liz practices with the Cirillo Law Firm pc AT 177 North Church Avenue in Tucson, Arizona.
