Attorney David Wroblewski of Phoenix; ethical dwarf  

The state of Arizona presented David R. Wroblewski with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Victims of misconduct vulnerable
• Failed to properly supervise subordinate lawyer and office staff
• Unable to promptly respond to clients’ requests for refund of fees

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Dave practices in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
