Attorney Cynthia Patane of Phoenix; ethical gremlin 

The state of Arizona presented Cynthia Patane with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Cynthia guilty of the following misconduct.

• Exhibited indifference to making restitution to victim
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
• Replenished minor’s funds only after being the subject of a fiduciary arrest warrant

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Cynthia by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Cynthia practices with Broening Oberg Woods & Wilson PC in Phoenix, Arizona.
