Attorney Tracy Tavilla of Boston; serial drunken convict

The state of Massachusetts presented Tracy Nina Tavilla with a law license in 1970.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Tracy guilty of the following misconduct

• Found guilty of driving under the influence (DUI), 3^rd offense
• Sentenced to 9 months in jail and probation for DUI conviction
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Violated term of DUI probation by boozing it up
• Sentenced to 6 months in jail for DUI probation violation
• Commited criminal act reflecting on his honesty
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed to tribunal

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Tracy by gifting her with a complimentary 9-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Tracy practices with the Law Offices of Tracy N. Tavilla at 55 Union Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
