Attorney David Rosen of Scottsdale; ethical gremlin 

The state of Arizona presented David K. Rosen with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the Western New England Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to abide by client’s decisions concerning objectives of representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed about pending litigation cases
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed with withdraw representation when required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Dave practices with the Rosen Law Firm PLLC at 15849 North 71^stStreetin Scottsdale, Arizona.
