The state of Colorado provided Robert Mark Grossman with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Bobby of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to abide by client instructions regarding representation
• Failed to explain matter so that client could make reasonable decisions regarding representation
• Disclosed client confidences
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Bobby practices at 6732 West Coal Mine Avenue in Littleton, Colorado.
