Attorney Anthony Cross of Colorado Springs; ethical dwarf  

The state of Colorado provided Anthony R. Cross with a law license in 1978.

The Colorado State Bar found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tony was hired to obtain a divorce decree for his client. From mid-2008 to 2012, Cross took no action in his client’s divorce matter and allowed his paralegal to perform all work on the client’s case, resulting in its dismissal. Tony’s paralegal then sent the client a forged divorce decree which the client relied upon to marry his second wife.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Tony practices at 416 East Colorado Avenue in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
