Attorney Madeline Wilson of Denver; lying loser

The state of Colorado provided Madeline Wilson with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Madeline guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Madeline filed a petition for legal separation in Colorado on behalf of her daughter, who resided in Alabama with her spouse and two children. n the petition, Madeline falsely stated that her daughter had been domiciled in Colorado for fifteen years and listed a Denver address as her current address.

The petition also falsely listed Colorado as the father’s home state. At the time Wilson filed the petition; neither Wilson’s daughter nor her husband had been domiciled in Colorado for ninety days, as required by Colorado law.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Madeline by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Madeline

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Madeline practices with the Law Office of Madeline Wilson at 501 South Cherry Street in Denver, Colorado.
