Judicial Commissioner Roger Marsh of Lebanon, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee presented Roger with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct found Carol guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Roger!)
  • Failed to comply with the law
  • Failed to avoid the appearance of impropriety
  • Failed to competently perform judicial and administrative duties
  • Failed to accord every person who has interest in a legal proceeding the right to be heard (due process)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Roger by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Roger continues to sit as a Wilson County Judicial Commissioner in Lebanon, Tennessee.
