Judge Carol Solomon of Nashville; arrogant loser

The state of Tennessee presented Carol L. Solomon with a law license in 1979 after she graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct found Carol guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Carol allowed an attorney to represent a client in her court despite the fact that the attorney had previously been employed as her campaign treasurer and her personal attorney.

In a second matter, Carol failed to comply with the law refusing to recuse herself from one or more cases when recusal was required.

In a third matter, Carol decided it was appropriate to spew forth the following rant at a lawyer during hearing in open court.

  • “I think these people are crazy and I don’t believe your client.”
  • “I want you to frigging answer me.”

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Carol’s First bite at the Judicial Misconduct Apple Tree. She previously received two (2) complimentary admonitions from the Court of Appeals for engaging in intemperate (offensive) behavior on the bench.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct punished Carol by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Carol remains sitting as a Circuit Court Judge in Nashville, Tennessee.
