Attorney Bradley Butler of Charlotte; ethical leprechaun

The state of North Carolina presented Bradley W. Butler with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bradley became sexually invoved with a woman who was a victim of criminal conduct and whom he met as a result of his duties as a prosecuting attorney in Benton County, Arkansas

In another matter, Bradley became involved with another woman, Stephanie Roberts, who was facing various criminal charges in Benton, County.

In a vain attempt at levity, Bradley denied he was sexually involved with Ms. Roberts despite that evidence proved he made late night phone calls to her, intervened on her behalf with prosecuting authorities in another Arkansas County to prevent her arrest on additional criminal charges, and intervened on her behalf with probation authorities. Clearly, Bradley missed his calling as a Standup Comedian.

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Brad practices with Butler, Quinn & Hochman PLLC at 4801 East Independence Blvd in Charlotte, North Carolina.
