Attorney Nicholas Ackerman of Greensboro, NC; repeat offender 

The state of North Carolina presented Nicholas S. Ackerman with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Nicky guilty of the following misconduct.

Nicky’s 1^stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Nicky!)

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Nicky’s 2^ndbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to properly communicate with client
• Failed to complete adoption paperwork on client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Nicky practices at 4122 Bemau Avenue in Greensboro, North Carolina.
