Attorney Gregory Burdett of Ogden; moronic loser  

The state of Utah presented Gregory W. Burdett with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Improperly declined or terminated representation
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Greg!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
