Attorney Kevin Bond of Salt Lake City; ethical gremlin

The state of Utah presented Kevin F. Bond with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Failed to promptly deliver funds to trustee as required to do

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Kevin practices with Bond & Call LC at 8 East Broadway in Salt Lake City, Utah.
