Attorney Charles Schultz of Brigham City, UT; moronic loser

The state of Utah presented Charles A. Schultz with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent services (Moron)
  • Failed to act impartially when dealing with tribunal
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Filed papers in court that made improper citations to statutes
  • Showed contempt and disrespect for various judges

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Charlie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Charlie practices at 222 West 700 Street in Brigham City, Utah.
