Attorney Gary Blatter of Orem, UT; ethical leprechaun  

The state of Utah presented Gary L. Blatter with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Garyoffered to settle with client by paying her $2,500 but only if she agreed to dismiss her ethics complaint against him

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Gary practices with Blatter & Associates LC at 1113 South Orem Blvd in Orem, Utah.
