Attorney David Brown of Myrtle Beach; idiotic loser  

The State of South Carolina presented David Hart Brown with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to take reasonable efforts to expedite litigation
• Knowingly disobeyed a court order (Up yours, said Dave!)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Violated applicable financial recordkeeping provisions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Eddy punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
