Attorney Thomas Fouts of Birmingham, AL; convict   

The state of Alabama presented Thomas Alvin Fouts with a law license after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Tommy was criminally convicted of illegally accessing the email account of a third party.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 45-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Tommy.
