Attorney Michael Caithamer of Grayslake, IL; lying loser  

The state of Illinois presented Michael John Caithamer with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Mismanaged $14,723 in proceeds received in connection with uninsured motorist claim
• Misrepresented (lied) about status of Medicare lien
• Convicted of attempting to obstruct service of process for misrepresenting his identity when a sheriff’s deputed toserve him with a court order and a rule to show cause

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Mike practices with Caithamer & Associates PC in Grayslake, Illinois.
