Judge Marc Lust of Harrison, NY; arrogant drunk The state of In 2007, Marc duped the voters in Several days before Christmas, Marc was involved in an auto accident during rush hour in Midtown while under the influence. Michael Antonicello was the victim of Marc’s drunken escapade. After Marc hit Antonicello’s car he went to the side window of Marc’s car and said, “Get out! Get out! You just hit my car.” That was when Antonicello realized that Marc was drunk. Antonicello went on to say, “He’s noticeably drunk. He was slurring his words. You could smell it. He just reeked.” (CBS 2, Antonicello was driving on Tenth Avenue on the West Side of Manhattan and was about to enter the Lincoln Tunnel, when he claims Judge Lust rear-ended him and kept driving. Antonicello stated that, “The next thing I know, the light turns green and he [Marc] just takes off.” Antonicello ended up chasing Marc for several blocks, cut him off, and then confronted him. When he got to Marc’s car, Marc “kept saying, we can work it out, we can work it out. He then overheard Marc telling the police officer, “hey I’m a judge, we can work this out.” Of course Marc denies that he tried to use his judicial position to gain special treatment; however, since his lips were moving during his denial it’s obvious he was lying. In fact, the police report states that Marc said, “Com on, I’m a judge. I’ll take care of this. I’ll take care of it.” All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Marc the Lush by the enablers of Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission.
