Attorney Andrean Eaton of Miami Gardens, FL; ethical misfit

 
The state of Florida presented Andrean Rose Easton with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from Howard University Law School.
 
The Florida State Bar Grievance Committee found Andrean guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to maintain required minimum trust account records
  • Failed to comply with minimum trust accounting procedures
  • Issued check from trust account that had insufficient funds (rubber)
As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Andrean by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2013) Andrean practices with Eaton & Associates LLC at 99 NW 183rd Street in Miami Gardens, Florida.
