Judge William Lyons of Manchester, NH; ethical dwarf

The state of New Hampshire presented William H. Lyons with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Maine School of Law. 

The New Hampshire Judicial Conduct Commission found Judge Lyons guilty of the following misconduct.

In one mater, Billy failed to disqualify himself in matters pending in his court wherein his brother-in-law was a witness.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Hampshire Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Judge Lyons continues to sit as a judge in Manchester, New Hampshire.
