Judge George Levin of New Britain, CT; potty mouth bully
The state of Connecticut presented George Levin with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from Columbia University School of Law.
The Judicial Review Council found George guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Displayed a total lack of judicial temperament

Yelled and screamed at participants at various hearings

Used profanity in once instance

Parties complaint that he stacks the deck against them in tax assessment appeals, costing their communities millions of dollars annually in tax revenue

Andover Assessor John Chaponis, who filed a complaint after George pushed him to grant a value reduction, said “What was happening was wrong, assessors were being stiff-armed into making settlements that they didn't want.”
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Review Council punished George by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. May 2019), George continues to sit as a tax court Judicial Trial Referee in New Britain, Connecticut.
