The state of Nevada presented Joseph Gianquinto with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Georgetown University College of Law.

The Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline found Charlie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Charlie the Certified Misogynist and Moron (M&M) made the following comments during a meeting of the Washoe County Domestic Violence Task Force.

Cuts to Violence Against Women Act “will put women back in their place.”

After making the above misogynistic statements, Charlie was involved in a back and forth with Margie Chavis, an employee at the Domestic Violence Resource Center, which goes as follows:

MARGIE:

"Are you saying that we need to be in a place?”

CHARLIE:

“Yes, the kitchen and the bedroom.”

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Charlies by the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits and Misogynists sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Charlie continues to sit as a Washoe County Judge in Reno, Nevada.
