Judge Kimberly Wanker of Tonopah, NV; idiotic loser

The state of Nevada presented Kimberly A. Wanker with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School.

The Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline has charged Judge Wanker with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform judicial services competently (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Deprived litigants of due process rights to be heard
• Engaged in ex parte (one-sided) communications
• Illegally imprisoned party for contempt in violation of Nevada law
• Failed to issue custody or visitation orders when required to do so
• Failed to uphold and comply with the law

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Wanker by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Kim continues to sit as a Nye County District Court judge in Tonopah, Nevada.
