Judge Ann Zimmerman of Las Vegas; ethical gremlin

The state of Nevada presented Kimberly A. Wanker with a law license in 1991 after she Missouri Law School in Kansas City.

The Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline has charged Annie with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Presided over hearing when she knew plaintiff not given notice of the hearing
• Granted defendant’s motion even though the plaintiff was not present and despite the fact she acknowledged on the record the plaintiff was not noticed for the hearing
• Failed to be candid and honest with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Annie!)
• Failed to act impartially and fairly with litigants
• Engaged in ex parte (one-sided) communications

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Zimmerman by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Annie continues to sit on the Las Vegas Township Justice Court in Las Vegas, Nevada.
