Judge Laurie Booras of Denver, CO; bigoted loser

The state of Colorado presented Laurie A. Booras with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law.

It should be noted that Laurie has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for thirty-seven years (1983-2019). Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in Texas or Colorado was about to offer her a good paying job.

The Judicial Disciplinary Commission found Laurie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Sent emails to her ex-lover calling another judge “the little Mexican”
• Referred to her ex-husband’s Native American wife as “the squaw”
• Disclosed how she would rule on a case weeks before actually making the ruling

Rather than await a decision that would have likely removed her from the bench, Laurie took the coward’s way out and resigned as of January 31, 2019.
