Judge Steven Conn of Kingman, AZ; arrogant loser

The state of Arizona presented Steven F. Conn with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Judicial Commission found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to act in a manner that promotes public confidence in integrity of judiciary
• Failed to perform all judicial duties fairly
• Exhibited bias or prejudice
• Failed to verify victim was present before pronouncing sentence
• During the sentencing, Stevie referred to the victim as an “idiot”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Stevie continues to sit as a Mohave County Superior Court Judge in Kingman, Arizona.
